What are the possible lengths of your contracts?
Our contracts are monthly. Yearly is also possible.
Do you charge any guarantee?
Yes, for the keys and the cleaning services we charge 300 euro. When all the keys are returned at the end of the contract and the property is returned in a clean state, the complete amount of 300 euro is refunded.
Can we split the monthly contracts in weeks?
No, that is not possible unfortunately, as our costs are also monthly.
What happens when damages occur?
We stipulate in the contracts that the house needs to be returned in the state it was received at the beginning of the contract. Any differences need to be fixed or paid by the tenants, unless it is normal wear.
Can we skip a month, for instance rent in May and August?
You can, but when a house is about to become empty, we will publish the house again for rental, so you risk loosing the house if you want to use it later.
Can we smoke inside the buildings?
No, smoking inside is not allowed in our accommodations for hygienic and safety reasons.
Is there a number we can call in case of problems?
Yes, you will be able to call our service number. We have two people ready at any time to fix issues as soon as possible.
Do we have internet?
Yes, all our properties have Wifi.
