We offer monthly contracts. 

The price contains all costs: water, heating, electricity, TV, internet.  

Contracts need to be cancelled or prolonged 14 days before the new month.

Discounts are possible when the rent for several months is payed. 

Rent must be payed before the first day of the new month.
